The Horn of Africa Mission ministers to the greater Horn of Africa region containing the countries of Ethiopia, Eritrea, Djibouti, Somalia, Kenya, Sudan, Uganda, and Tanzania.
Partnerships with local organizations are the key to fulfilling the vision of planting churches in every town, village and community in this vast region of more than 200 million people. The Horn of Africa Mission works almost exclusively through these local partners. Our role is to help them develop successful outreach strategies, train them in effective principles of church multiplication, and provide appropriate resources. To date, more than 120 of these partnerships are functioning throughout the Horn of Africa region.
